“I'm taking Sean Strickland here again I I hope he doesn't I found out now listening to the Santo DeFranco podcast that um you know Fighters call other fighters who don't have a great sense of fight IQ Apes and I hope that Sean Strickland is not an ape here because he does he should use his wrestling you know he should not try and look look he he could have the ego and look that press conference was fire I mean it was absolute fire I loved it I think maybe the USC is like rethinking like him losing this fight now I think in the beginning they matched him up with Alex Pereira so Alex Pereira would win Alex Pereira fights Israel Adesanya you get that rematch um I I kind of think that now I the UFC is probably neutral on this there's obviously line value here at minus 135 in Sean Strickland um I'm not gonna bet it but I I you know I would have eaten the line value Brett Appley also like strictly here I've Brett Appley daily fan MMA good friend of mine uh real knowledgeable you know DraftKings player um you know been with the community for a lot of years you know he's he's behind uh Sean Strickland here I like Sean Strickland I'm gonna have shares of Alex Pereira but I really do want Sean Strickland to try to wrestle here because I really see that as the better path to Victory I I'm I haven't completely ruled out that he can't out strike him because you know MMA striking versus kickboxing and by the way for you for you guys that don't know about Sean Strickland Sean Strickland aside from the antics his training consists of 90 sparring which is very unusual for for a lot of like you know sparring you know is a necessity but like a lot of guys will tell you they don't want to spar too hard because uh it will it you get injured that way right you could get hurt right and you don't want to get hurt when you're looking for a Payday and these guys fight so infrequently the last thing you want to do is have to bail out of a fight because you got you got injured while you were training Sean Strickland is the complete opposite like he does more sparring than he does running you know or or or flexibility exercises right the guy just likes to get hit right that's the kind of that's the kind of um fighter he is now I heard he did some of this camp at extreme Couture in Vegas so he's been in Vegas for a while um look I just think he's a better MMA fighter than than Alex Pereira um which is why I like him here um I like them by decision but it would not Shock me if he just wore Alex Pereira out unfortunately he's not a high output guy and if he was the favorite on DraftKings going into this I would probably wouldn't like him as much but getting line value I like him a hell of a lot more um so you know give me Sean Strickland I'll take the line value um I like him to win by decision potentially a later finish but I do need him I need him to not be an ape do not be an ape Sean Strickland thank you”
